Orders, Pricing & Payment

Service terms are designed to stay straightforward

CabinCraft provides free shipping on all products, a 3–5 calendar day delivery timeframe, automatic subscriber savings, selected promotional discounts, and free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the applicable policy terms and order circumstances.

ShippingFree shipping applies to productsDelivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carrier operations, address issues, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside CabinCraft’s reasonable control.
DeliveryTypical timeframe is 3–5 calendar daysTracking information may be provided when available. Risk associated with delivery issues will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the posted shipping policy.
ReturnsFree returns and exchanges within 30 daysEligibility, product condition, process requirements, exclusions where permitted, and the applicable return window are governed by the posted return and refund terms.
PromotionsAutomatic discounts apply where eligibleEmail subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount, and selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount. Promotions may be changed, limited, or discontinued subject to applicable law.
